Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • - 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • - 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 4 boneless pork chops ½" thick
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • 1. Combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder on a plate.
    2. Rub the pork chops with the olive oil to help the coating stick.
    3. Coat each pork chop in the Parmesan mixture, pressing the mixture all over to ensure they are well covered.
    4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
    5. Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
