milk

ground cinnamon
A splash of vanilla extract
Butter
for greasing the pan
Maple syrup
for serving
Instructions
Cook sausages according to package directions. Set aside.
Trim crusts from bread slices and flatten with hands or rolling pin.
Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
Roll each sausage in a slice of bread and trim ends if desired.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, let excess drip off, and cook in the skillet, turning to brown all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
