cream cheese

white almond bark

Sprinkles or crushed ginger snaps

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Crush ginger snap cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
In a large bowl, beat the cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese until fully combined.
Roll mixture into 1-tablespoon balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for
30 minutes
.
Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions.
Dip each truffle ball into the melted bark, coat completely, and place on the baking sheet.
Decorate with sprinkles or crushed ginger snaps while the coating is still wet.
Chill in the refrigerator for
10-15 minutes
until the coating is set.
