Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Thickening and Flavor Enhancers:
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For Serving:
  • Tortilla chips or pretzels

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • Heat beer in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
  • Add milk, flour, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until thickened.
  • Combine the cheese mixture with cooked sausage. Serve warm with tortilla chips or pretzels.
