Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup sweet pickle relish
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender but firm, about 15 minutes. Cool, peel, and chop.
  • Cook eggs by covering them with cold water, bringing to a boil, and letting them sit for 10-12 minutes. Cool, peel, and chop.
  • Combine potatoes, eggs, celery, onion, relish, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic salt, celery salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
