  • 2 9-inch pie shells
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat OvenPreheat the oven to 450°F (225°C).
  • Prepare FillingIn a large saucepan, combine water, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, butter, lemon juice, and raisins. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
