Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook garlic, onion, and ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir to combine.
  • Add spaghetti, ensuring it’s covered with liquid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the lid and cook until excess liquid evaporates. Stir well.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let melt. Garnish with parsley and serve.
