Instructions
Cook garlic, onion, and ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir to combine.
Add spaghetti, ensuring it’s covered with liquid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid and cook until excess liquid evaporates. Stir well.
Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let melt. Garnish with parsley and serve.
