  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 3 oz orange-flavored gelatin mix
  • 16 oz full-fat cottage cheese small or large curd
  • 14 oz mandarin oranges thoroughly drained
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple thoroughly drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed whipped topping and orange gelatin powder. Stir until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the cottage cheese, followed by the drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and marshmallows. Mix carefully to avoid breaking the fruit.
