Ingredients
  

  • Brownie Base:
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Peanut Butter Cream Layer:
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 12 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings:
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Salted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch springform pan.
  • Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set. Cool completely.
  • Whip heavy cream with vanilla and cornstarch until firm peaks form. Set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream.
  • Spread peanut butter mixture over the cooled brownie. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with salted peanuts. Serve chilled.
