Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 2 lbs pizza dough
  • 70-75 lil’ smokies
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter for cheese sauce
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 8 oz white cheddar cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Roll out pizza dough and cut into 1½"x2" pieces. Wrap each lil’ smokey with dough.
  • Line the pan with wrapped smokies, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
  • Make cheese sauce by whisking butter, flour, and milk. Stir in mustard and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the pull-apart pigs in a blanket with the cheese sauce.
