- 10-ounce can Rotel tomatoesdiced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 pound sausagehot, mild, or turkey sausage
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking into crumbles, until browned. Drain grease if necessary. 2. Reduce heat to low. Add cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes (undrained) to the skillet with the sausage. 3. Stir frequently until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. 4. Transfer to a serving dish or slow cooker set to "warm." Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot Rotel or add diced jalapeños. - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
