1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment. 2. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients, combine with wet. 3. Press half the dough into the pan. 4. Melt caramel bits with condensed milk. Spread over dough. 5. Drop remaining dough over caramel. Sprinkle sea salt. 6. Bake 26-30 mins. Cool completely. Slice and serve.
