Ingredients
  

  • For the Cake
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix plus ingredients called for on the package
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • For the Cheesecake Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Optional Toppings
  • Whipped cream
  • Extra strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Prepare the Cake Batter: Prepare the strawberry cake batter according to package directions. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Add White Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
  • Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, melted butter, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  • Add Strawberries: Fold diced strawberries into the cheesecake mixture.
  • Swirl Cheesecake Mixture: Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture over the cake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  • Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Serve: Cut into slices and top with whipped cream and strawberries if desired.
