Instructions
Melt Chocolate:
Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
Mix Ingredients:
Add crispy chow mein noodles and salted peanuts to the melted chocolate. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
Form Haystacks:
Drop medium-sized spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Decorate:
Sprinkle the haystacks with sprinkles if desired before the chocolate sets.
Cool:
Let the haystacks cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm.
