FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS :
Do I have to refrigerate the roll before slicing?
Nope! But if you have an extra 15–20 minutes, it’ll make the slices a little neater. Totally optional.
Can I make these ahead of time?
They’re best fresh, but you can prep and roll the pastry ahead, refrigerate it, and bake when ready. Icing is best added right before serving.
Can I use store-bought frosting instead?
Sure! But this glaze takes just a minute and tastes amazing. Totally worth it.
Can I add nuts or raisins?
Absolutely! Sprinkle chopped pecans or raisins over the brown sugar before rolling it up.
What’s the best way to reheat leftovers?
Pop them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or warm them in a low oven (around 300°F) until heated through.

These puff pastry cinnamon rolls are the answer to every last-minute brunch, sweet craving, or lazy Sunday morning. They taste like you spent way more time than you actually did, and nobody ever guesses they start with frozen pastry.
Next time you’ve got a sheet of puff pastry and a sweet tooth, give these a try. And if you drizzle on a little extra icing? I fully support that decision.
