Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 7 slices bacon
  • 4 stalks green onions chopped
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 6 medium eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
  • Butter bread slices and assemble sandwiches with bacon, half of the cheese, and green onions.
  • Cut sandwiches in half and place in casserole dish. Top with tomato slices.
  • Whisk together eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle remaining cheese and green onions on top. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until set.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
