8 slices bread 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 7 slices bacon 4 stalks green onions chopped 1 medium tomato sliced 6 medium eggs 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup milk
Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
Butter bread slices and assemble sandwiches with bacon, half of the cheese, and green onions.
Cut sandwiches in half and place in casserole dish. Top with tomato slices.
Whisk together eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle remaining cheese and green onions on top. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until set.
