Ingredients
  

  • - 20 oz pineapple chunks drained and chopped
  • - ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • - 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley
  • - 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • - 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno
  • - ¼ teaspoon salt
  • - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, red onion, cilantro (or parsley), lime juice, and finely chopped jalapeno.
    2. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
    3. Serve the pineapple salsa immediately, or cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
