Ingredients
  

  • Pork Tenderloin:
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced thyme
  • 1 tablespoon minced rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Marinade and Sauce:
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup light soy sauce
  • cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Thickening:
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Trim pork and pierce with a fork.
  • Mix marinade ingredients and coat pork thoroughly.
  • Sear pork in an oven-proof skillet with olive oil, 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Roast pork in the oven for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Prepare sauce by heating honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  • Baste pork with sauce and broil for 3 minutes to caramelize.
  • Rest pork for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining sauce.
