Pork Tenderloin:

Marinade and Sauce:
½
cup
honey
½
cup
light soy sauce
⅓
cup
orange juice

minced garlic

brown sugar
Thickening:

tablespoon
cornstarch

tablespoon
water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Trim pork and pierce with a fork.
Mix marinade ingredients and coat pork thoroughly.
Sear pork in an oven-proof skillet with olive oil, 2-3 minutes per side.
Roast pork in the oven for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare sauce by heating honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Baste pork with sauce and broil for 3 minutes to caramelize.
Rest pork for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining sauce.
